Courtyard By Marriott Memphis East/Park Avenue Hotel, Memphis

This hotel is a standard Courtyard by Marriott but stands out thanks to the exceptional staff who are always smiling and eager to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the location in East Memphis with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. However, I found the coffee situation unfortunate, as there's no complimentary coffee in the lobby, which detracted from my overall experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel while attending the Liberty Bowl with my family. The location was perfect with easy access to great restaurants and the interstate, and I felt safe in the area. Our rooms were clean, updated, and very comfortable. The only downside was a previous experience regarding security issues reported by others, but our overall trip was a great one.
